Dynamic Sun Yoga Practice
Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation. It is an ancient yogic practice which is a powerful sequence of 18 postures. It is designed as a holistic process for great physical fitness. “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Shakti” means “energy”. Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength.

Surya Shakti is a complete process, which is largely physical in nature. It is the dynamic form of the Sun practices which focuses on a the physical aspect to help one access more energy which isn't usually accessible. This ancient yogic practice derived from Surya Kriya like all other Surya practices but is focused on the opposite aspect of Surya Kriya.

What is the difference between Surya Shakti & Surya Kriya?

Surya Kriya is the fundamental yogic process to the sun and is largely focused on the spiritual aspect so it is done much more slowly and gently. Surya Shakti is much more physical and build physical strength and fitness. It is focused on powering up the system using the 'surya' or yogi sun process in much more physical way.

Who is this Workshop Suitable for?

Suitable for all levels of experience from complete beginners to those with experience. The practice will be taught step-by-step as whole with detailed instructions.

Surya Shakti is a home practice and you will learn all the steps in its entirety so that you are able to practice at home on your own. It is a practice which can fit easily into a daily routine with with flexible time commitment.

After the Workshop

There is 'After-Support' will be available too. You always have opportunities to follow-up with questions regarding the practice via email or Whatsapp too. There are also additional guided & corrections sessions you can attend which we will inform you about at the end of the workshop.
